Terms of Service

Mintvo is an invoicing tool that lets you create, send, and track invoices. We are not an accounting firm, tax advisor, or financial institution. The Service is a tool — you are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and compliance with your local tax laws.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• The accuracy of the information you provide

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Mintvo.

You own your data. Invoices, client information, and files you upload belong to you. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service (e.g., rendering your invoice for a client to view).

You agree not to use Mintvo to:

• Send fraudulent invoices or engage in financial fraud
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract our source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Mintvo offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. The features and limits of each tier are described on our pricing page.

Free tier. Available at no cost with certain feature limitations. Free-tier invoices display "Sent via Mintvo" branding.

Paid tiers. Billed monthly or annually through LemonSqueezy. You can cancel at any time — your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.

Refunds. We offer a 14-day refund window after your first payment. After that, payments are non-refundable but you can cancel future billing.

We aim to keep Mintvo available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

We may update features, pricing, or these terms over time. For significant changes, we'll notify you in advance via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Mintvo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We are not responsible for errors in your invoices, tax calculations, or business decisions made using the Service

You can delete your account at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
